currently charge $200 for all weddings that take place within 25 miles of

weddings further the 25 miles there will be a $0.40 per mile charge to cover
the added expense to the ministers. An example would be to West bend. The total
cost would be $206.40 ( 200 for the ceremony +6.40 for traveling 12 miles over
25.
If
your wedding is further then 60 miles a one or more night hotel charge may
apply. The Hotel will be a 2 or 3 star rating and will be booked at the fairest

Who determines the
distance to the wedding?
The distance will be determined by the
minister using mapping software (map quest, streets and trips; Google map;
Yahoo maps, etc). He will then consult with the couples to see if his math is
agreeable with their math. This fee is not designed to be a money making
venture on our parts it is simply to defray the additional gas and wear and
tear on our cars that is not already factored into the ceremony fee.
How
is the Price of the hotel calculated?
The minister upon booking will start
to find a hotel that is available and within a reasonable distance to the
ceremony site and of the right quality (2-3 star). The hotel will be booked
through the companies websites and all available discounts (AAA, Hotel reward programs,
promotional pricing) will be taken. Once a hotel is booked the minister will
contact the couple with what this fee will be. There are ministers out there
who insist on staying in the most expensive Hotels and need to stay longer then
what seems necessary. We will only stay
the bare minimum necessary for us to be available for your big day and we will
get the cheapest room possible.

It is simply based on distance and
